I currently have Finale 2014 (registered and everything) on a Windows 10 PC. Why can't the XML downloading seem to find Finale on my system?

Sorry for this problem! Do you have Finale 2014 or Finale 2014.5 (or both) installed on your system? Knowing that will help diagnose where the problem is. Is this happening with the latest Dolet 6.7 for Finale installer?

Just tried this myself with 6.7. I have Finale 2014 and 2014.5 installed, and am getting this "No Finale found" errpr.

Seems like this is a common enough problem that you could post possible things to looko for rather than just asking for more information. You asked the original poster what version of Finale he had, even though his post gave this information, and the version of Windows.

I know I did not specify Windows 10 in my post. My bad there, but it a little tedious to keep going back and forth. If there are known solutions to this problem, for any version of Windows or Finale, please share them.

I see something in the Windows installer that might be causing this, but first I have to be able to replicate the old behavior to be sure that this change will actually fix the problem. I assume this is on a 64-bit Windows 10 system, not 32-bit?
