Help needed to open HB Engraver file

Before this forum closes, can anyone help me? I've been sent a file which we think was generated by HB Engraver. The person who sent it no longer has HBE, and nor do I, and I need to play the piece at a funeral soon. It was written by the person whose funeral it is, and he didn't seem to have a hard copy among his effects! WIthout a copy of HBE, I cannot generate an XML version.

Can anyone make the conversion for me? Or direct me to an online converter?

I have Sibelius 7, so just getting it into XML would suffice.

I believe I still have a working copy of HB Engraver here. If so, I should be able to create a PDF that you could print or scan. If you message me attaching a zipped version of the HB Engraver file, I can take a look.
