No. I. Sheherazade 2nd movement, Section B

Hello.

Finale 2014.5
GPO4
Windows 7

I am having trouble with my Bassoon, Horn, and possibly the A Clarinet in my work.
It is sounding very harsh and profound.

From this URL http://www.northernsounds.com/forum/showthread.php/45357-MELODY-Lesson-3-Strings-Melody-in-Stringed-Instruments There is an example for No. I. Sheherazade 2nd movement, Section B. You can play it to hear it.
It also says "Score References & Musical Examples Using GPO:"

I wrote the score in Finale and used GPO4. All default settings. See attachment.
GPO4 for the Horn and Bassoons is not anywhere close to what the example has on the URL above. I am hoping someone can tell me what is going on.

Also, in measure 19. The Horn seems to be out of range. The sound is harsh and piercing.
Keep in mind I do no mixing. This is straight out of the box.
I do not expect it to sound exactly like the URL above. I understand my version will sound dry. What I can't understand the harshness from the Horn and Bassoon. Changing the level in the mixer is not what I am looking for. That is why we have dynamics p, pp, ppp, f, ff, fff.

Ooops. looks like I can not upload a .musx file. Extension not allowed.
You can find the attachment here

Thanks for your help.
