Where can I download my product?

I bought "Garritan Abbey Road Studios CFX Concert Grand " at JRR shop, and registered at the Garritan.

But I couldn't download my product.

When I clicked the download link (like other Garritan products), "Search page" was displayed.

I contacted Garritan, but haven't response yet.

Please tell me to how to download my product.

I want to know download URL.

Have you checked here:

On the right of the screen it has a prompt for "search downloads." See if it's there!

But unfortunately, I couldn't find download URL yet.

About many other product, I could find their download page, from [MY Account]-[My software]- [Download] link.

But in the CFX, Search page

was opened.

I bought it Nov.30, but I can't use it now.

But never response.

I'm very confused.
