Great information Michael. Don't use guitars much, but now I know more about their location and what prospective, included items have been requested for their future use with the Garritan libraries.

Thanks,

Jack

I use the Garritan guitars in Sonar. When coupled with the guitar effects bundled with Sonor (formerly NI's Guitar Rig and now Overloud), the guitar sound is very realistic. I've compared it to the various guitars included with other Sonar plug-ins, and it's simply more musical--much easier for a keyboard player like me to create an expressive, natural-sounding phrase.

Hello Dean,

Thanks for calling bye and posting a reply here.

I see you have Finale 2014 so do you work on MIDI files from that imported into Sonar or do you have a different workflow?

I have Sonar X3 and there's a new 'strumming' tool bundled with that which seems very good although I don't use that really.

It's always interesting to know how folk link Finale with their DAWS, particularly Sonar for me.

Hello Concerto and thanks for your comments. I do have two others in the forums and am working on another one or two.

I hope you will enjoy playing around with those chord symbols now. :)
