According to what I've seen online, it's OEM software which is often cracked and re-sold. Whatever the case is, it's a drag that it's possible to pay money for a program which can't be registered or supported. When I bought the disastrous copy of the video program, it was listed as being from the authentic company, sold by that major online retailer - It was only a few dollars less than at other sites, but I certainly thought I was getting the real deal!
