Wow! Gotta go out and do a gig right now, but I'll be back for the 'Nucks game. Gonna be doing some downloading tonight, I can tell.

Thanks muchly for these! (The Nutcracker? That's something I'll have to listen to)

Great find GuyWithDogs. Makes a lot of original Garritan Forum members very happy.

Thanks,

Oh, wow! It's like seeing an old friend again. This is phenomenal -- thank you for tracking this down, GuyWithDogs.

Why is "newer" rarely "better"? And what is so hard about making all this great music readily available??

sigh- looks as though the Nutcracker is among the deleted. The link on the wayback page goes to the text files explaining how it came to be. No music available.

Oh well, there's a real abundance of Christmas cheer on the page. I shall be busy tonight!

I don't think there ever was audio posted for the Nutcracker. I remember just seeing the text about how the tracks were developed for the live performance, and I know I never heard the results - pretty sure that's the way it always was.

Interesting that the Internet Archive has that webpage archived, but that it's several years old, so the last two albums weren't included. Ah, well, 2012 wouldn't have been there, because that was the first album under MakeMusic - but 2011 was originally posted there, pretty sure.

I believe you are right, Randy. The 2012 CD was the first with MM.

I replied to your message without having to sign back in (read the info about the change, earlier). Sure makes it easier instead of "logging-In" all the time.
