Although I have not had time to contribute this year, I greatly enjoy the annual Christmas CD and thank you for your keeping tabs on the process. I hope the finale works promised for the weekend arrive on time and the rest of the process goes smoothly.

Our Final Song Nominations and Sent In List

Heartfelt thanks and admiration to everyone who sent in their songs. It's hard work and long hours, often into the early hours, to produce a song of the calibre reflected in our Community Christmas Albums. It's that very special meaning of Christmas that drives our Community project now into its eleventh year.

Very special thanks to Gary for starting and continuing this unique tradition and to Dan, our audio engineer and producer, for his talents and hard work. Without Gary and Dan, there would be no Garritan Community Christmas Project.

Hello Everyone,

All songs sent in are now with the team.

As mentioned in my information post, sending in a song does not guarantee inclusion on the published CD. The songs sent in will go through auditions for selection. Naturally, I hope as many songs as possible will make it through.

I wish everyone good luck with their song and really look forward to our Garritan Community Christmas CD Volume 11 (2014) which should be with us in good time for Christmas.

If you have not received my email or PM, please contact me straight away.

Great news and things are moving quickly.

Gary is looking to release the Christmas CD earlier this year which is wonderful; something to really look forward to.

MakeMusic have now requested contact information for all those who sent in their songs so that permission forms can be sent for those whose songs are included.

The sooner those forms are emailed back the sooner our Community Christmas music will be available.
