Hello Galandar,

This is great, hopefully another song about to be sent in.

Two questions: 1) Does sample rate matter for the final wave file .....

I always send my songs in at standard CD quality; 44100 KHz 16-bit. Some people have sent in at higher than this with the resulting larger file. One year there was a big debate on this and Dan has said that either is ok with him.

Can I put the file up to SoundCloud?

Please reserve your song to be published with the Christmas CD. Putting your song up to SoundCloud at this time would mean the song would be heard before the CD is out which is not in the spirit of our Christmas project. When our Christmas project is released then, of course, it would be fine to put our songs anywhere.

To send in your song:

(a) Please upload your song either to your own webspace or to a free file-hosting site such as:
https://www.dropbox.com
(b) Either PM or email me the link to your file to: [email protected]
