I am delighted to see join this forum. I have been a Garritan enthusiast since 2004 and was especially happy when MM purchased it as I felt that would ensure its longevity. I hope to see an even tighter integration between the products with MM ensuring that all Garritan libraries are 100% supported in Finale.

OK, so I have to ask this, Gary. The statement you made, "Our 10th Annual Community Christmas Album project is underway. There's a few days left to submit your Holiday music if you want to be included.." This has me wondering. The cut-off date has always October 31st. Some of us were understandably curious about this. Could you clarify this for us?

Thanks for the feedback! It seems that breadcrumb is not functioning correctly- I spoke to our folks here and we'll fix it as soon as we can!
Cheers!

Good deal, Fred - It will be nice to have that "bread crumb" working. It's clumsy without it.

Here's a new question - Maybe this was intended, but while the BBCode is On for messages, it's Off for our Signatures. You can see in my sig I added a link, but my only option was to put in the naked URL instead of text linked to the URL. It would make for tidier sigs if BBCode could for them also.

How does that work, Gary? Most of us who volunteered met the Oct. 31st deadline - Now, after the assurances we got last year from MM that the 2013 album would be a "top priority" and out on time - here we are on the same incredibly late schedule as last year. We won't have time to order or make hard copies to send out, and there will be so much less time for the project to be the Garritan promotional item it always used to be.

It's the 10 year anniversary edition - But we're still waiting for the release forms to come in from MM.-- And obviously we're way passed the old traditional release time of shortly after Thanksgiving.

--Hope to see you on this Forum again, Mr. G - I probably have asked more questions than can really be answered- Just interpret them to mean that the Garritan gang at your Northern Sounds Forum are concerned about the fate of this project.

Tuesday update - The release forms have arrived, and we're all a-buzz over at the old Forum, a number of contributors to the album reporting the forms as signed and returned. At last - some activity!

Hi Randy,

Good to see you again and sorry for the late reply. Finally have my login back (my old MM credentials from the old days were an issue).

As far as deadlines, things don't always work as planned. Murphy's Law sometimes happens. Sorry about that. We had a few last minute openings. But we're wrapping up the album now.

Thanks for your input.

Excellent on three counts - To know your log on issues are worked out, to see you online again, and the news that the album is in the final stretch.

Super - Thanks, Gary!
