Like you, Derrek, I deprecate the use of Farcebook and Twit for communications.

Cartesius, Gary IS Makemusic.
He's a director of the company.
He became one when he sold his company to the precursor of MM, oh, more than a year ago now. So it's Gary and his MM staff.

And, I think you misunderstood me, I have never believed that two graduates are better than one experienced person. Never. Especially so since I had to find new people to become consultants for a major computer manufacturer, some years ago now, as the southern region data comms pre/post sales consultants team leader. I got much more from the experienced people with good A levels (UK). But I had to fight senior management all the way, whose policy was "recruit graduates".

I should have added some smilies after that section.

I'm a self taught assembler and machine code programmer originating from the lateish sixties.
Mainframes, FEPs, minis, micros, PCs, operating systems, etc. Started on an RCA301, ended my career writing courses and teaching satellite communications for Inmarsat as a self employed contractor, all over the world.

Thanks for the tip about the update to GPO5. Dumb question time: do I need to uninstall my current GPO5 before installing the new version, or can the new one be installed 'over the top'?

Simple answer:
No, leave it where it is.
The new one installs over the top ... lengthily.

And a quick tip.

I always do a disk defrag after the installation.
I usually find that a thousand or more files are fragmented afterwards.
My favourite is one by auslogics not the one that comes with Windows.
