No Notifications Although Have Subscribed

After I clicked on "subscribed," with a CHECKED BOX, the check CHANGED TO AN "X" and the word "subscribe" changed to "unsubscribe." I am receiving posts from the MM (Garritan) Forum.

If something changes this, I will be back asking questions.....LOL

Ah! I get it - Sorry, check, X - I was thinking of them as being the same thing- as in, marked as opposed to an empty box. Gotcha - Looks like you're in business, Jack.

It seems that my notifications are also working for new topics as well now.

I had notifications for the new 'Media' room topics. Looks like I'm all fully 'connected' now .. fully in the loop.

New problem - As of this morning, Saturday 12/14/13, I see there are new threads started that I didn't get notification on.

Previous to this, I've been getting email notifications for both replies on threads I've already been to, and when new threads are posted.

But theses two new topics went up without email:

gogreen's "Reputation" in Off-Topic

BradV's "Tracks merging with .mp3" in Troubleshooting

Does it have anything to do with how those new threads are in the upper half of the Forum, while most of the posts are in the bottom half?

I'm having the same problem. so don't feel alone. My notification percentage is about 2/3 at this point.
