Library of Congress recommended formats and MusicXML

This is just an FYI in case it wasn't known.

The Library of Congress release it's 2016-2017 Recommended Formats Statement.

For Digital Musical Compositions (score based representations) they've listed MusicXML as the
most preferred format.
