how to covert a pdf(music sheet)to MusicXML

I am a newbie.Can anyone help me about how to covert a pdf(music sheet)to MusicXML?Are there any source code available?

You need a music scanning program like SmartScore or PhotoScore. They are commercial programs without source code available. Audiveris is the one open-source music scanner that I know about. All of these export MusicXML files.

If your PDF file was created by a sheet music program, and has vector graphics instead of images, then you can use PDFtoMusic Pro. This is also a commercial program without source code available.

I thought that Finale Print Music had scanning? isn't it so?

Finale and Finale PrintMusic do have built-in scanning using a light version of SmartScore. Those work with image file formats like TIFF rather than PDF files.
