OK- I corrected the links. I think. I say "I think" because for me they opened up to the actual files and not the folders, so it looks as though I am still being flummoxed by this app.

However, I WILL open up two new threads- one for each.

We shall see what happens.

Until tomorrow..

There ya go! Those are the links you want. And I see you have all these new pieces up on their own threads too - That's great. Thanks, Kevin - much better.

BUT - My friend, my pal, my good Garritan buddy - The link for THIS thread, the one in the starting post for "Pipeline" is still dead. It goes to a Box error page and says "This shared file or folder link has been removed."

If you moved the MP3 into its own folder, then it now has a new URL that you need to post. I hope you didn't totally remove the track for some reason. Whatever happened, I hope you edit that first post so this thread makes sense.

I'm looking forward to hearing the new music you posted on the new threads with their shiny new and working links. I can take a listen later this morning. Thanks again, Kevin.

I know Randy's not a fan of soundcloud, but, it always plays, and I set it for preview only no downloads. I have always seen problems with box and Dropbox audio posted configurations. Plus, I normally don't want to download something, I want to preview it quickly.

Y'know, I haven't had this much of an issue with Box since.... ever! Gremlins, I think.

So here is a fresh new link to this Pipeline.

https://app.box.com/s/l23hnlumw08lgv1s1eax

And I will look into Soundcloud.. thanks.

hehehe, c'mon now - it's not Gremlins, just user errors. I've used Box for years and every single MP3 posted with it has worked correctly. ahem.

The new link on THIS post works, Kevin - but why haven't you replaced the one in the start of this thread which still doesn't work? It's a different URL, because you apparently moved the file--When you move a file, you get a new URL.-----

Kingfreeze, Box works perfectly well. One of the things I don't like about Soundcloud is that it converts your MP3 to a lesser quality than the original. With Box, and other storage sites like that, listeners are hearing your original file - not a squashed down conversion of it. It's simply the original being stored and that's what's played.-- And, as I've said before, it drives me nuts that on Soundcloud, after you play the piece you went there to listen to, the next file in the account plays. I can't stand that. When I post music, I only want That piece to be heard. YouTube has a default where the next video plays, but at least you can un-check that default so your viewer is only seeing what you intend. Do we know if you can turn off that auto-play feature?
