Which version of Sibelius are you using? Are you using the full version of Sibelius, or Sibelius First? Sibelius plug-ins only work with the full version of Sibelius, not Sibelius First.

Use the Dolet for Sibelius 6.4 installer on your 32-bit system. The error messages you were reporting with that version should be present on 64-bit systems only. If not, please let me know.
The only difference between 6.4 and 6.5 was to add Sibelius 8 and 64-bit support to the installer.
Sibelius plug-ins only run with the full version of Sibelius, not with Sibelius First. Sibelius First has MusicXML import and export built in, so you can use that instead.
Are these errors happening on 32-bit Windows machines? We updated the Dolet for Sibelius installer to 64-bit because we were seeing more problems (like that Dolet 6.4 message) on 64-bit systems.
If so, do either of you have a 64-bit Windows system that you can try this on?
