Re: Pipe organ - excess note delay

I am not a Garritan Organ specialist, but much depends on how you are using it. If you are using the package in a DAW, you should probably turn off the Aria reverb and apply it only in the DAW. If you are using the package in Finale, you will want to make sure you are only applying one form of rever...

Re: How To Assign Patches To Dedicated MIDI Tracks?

The key is to use the MIDI channel numbers in the Aria player (see attachment) to match the instrument slot in the Aria player to the output channel you have assigned to the corresponding track in your DAW. Hope that helps, since I am not sure how to assign an output channel in Cubase although I am ...

Re: How To Assign Patches To Dedicated MIDI Tracks?

In Sonar one can create new MIDI tracks and just set the midi channel output to match the appropriate slot in the Aria player.

Re: Reverb issues on CFX Yamaha. Help!

IIRC the CFX gives you multiple mic placement options. Are you sure what you are hearing as reverb is not the result of specifying a more distant mic or multiple mic's?

Worth checking. (I don't own the package but have read several descriptions.)

Re: Aria player won't correctly load .sfz files

That sounds more like a buffer or other sound setting (I have had it, too, when testing some notes directly in the Aria player). See if playing a measure or two of a test file through Finale gives you better results. Perhaps someone more experienced here can help you find the precise source of the d...

Re: I THINK I'M DID SOMETHING WRONG

Re: I THINK I'M DID SOMETHING WRONG

I'm not familiar with Logic Pro, but soloing a track in Sonar does not affect the slot assignments in Aria; and I think it unlikely that other DAW's would either.

Re: Snare drum roll?

My mistake: the drum rolls are in the GPO4 package.
I generally look to other non-Garritan packages for (dance) drum sets. Wish that were not so.
