The piece was pretty interesting , a always expected the the top note in the strings to be a half tone higher then it was this was interestingly done and the chords resolved nicely. I have studied orchestration for a few months with a Montreal composer and have revised my Suite for Ocean " The Sun Rises" the music is softer and has a middle section of light reflecting on the water and better volume balance in general . Part 2 is physically better and a little more fun...

Has anyone been able to create a good whale sound or seagull sound with garritan inside finale and notate it correctly I did a glissando on the cello for whales and flutes for seagulls but a was told the seagull sound was timid . What did you try and what worked?

I listened to you piece today, found it refreshing and imaginative , you should do a second version replacing the piano for the harpsichord with everything else as is , like the version for piano it would sound great .
