I have a simple question for you just to make sure. Are you running ARIA 32 bit by mistake and not ARIA 64 bit? There is not as much memory available in 32 bit. At least that is my understanding.

I do get that bump that you are referring to and it is the loop point which I might add is poorly placed and done. Hopefully MakeMusic will have a fix. You might want to send them a support note and let them know about what you are experiencing.

I tried out the instruments you said you were hearing problems with in the ARIA stand alone and got none of what you said you were hearing. If I hold a note a real long time there is a loop point that is heard, but stringed instruments can only play a long note that has the bow in one direction only...

I'm the brother that Bill wrote this piece for. It is fun to play as well. It has a few technical challenges which require some finger pattern practice but otherwise it is a very playable piece of music. Now, if you excuse me, I should go practice some more.

I have looked through this thread and wondered if I should update. I have not seen any comment on the use of the AKAI EWI USB with this new Aria Engine Update. Should I be worried if I update to this?
